Gevert Obour personal branding session

A good personal branding shoot is about more than a sharp headshot, it's about capturing someone as they actually are, so the way they show up online matches the person you'd meet in the room. That was exactly the brief for my recent studio session with Gevert Obour, and it was a genuine pleasure to shoot.

We worked in the studio where I could take full control of the lighting and really shape each frame, but the real work on a session like this is helping someone relax in front of the camera. Gevert is great to photograph and we have worked together many times before, once we got chatting and settled into it, the natural, confident shots came easily. The aim throughout was a set of images that feel like him: professional, approachable, and ready to use across LinkedIn, Instagram and wherever else he needs to make a strong first impression.

Sessions like this are some of my favourite work, there's something satisfying about helping someone see themselves at their best. A few of my favourite shots from the day are below.
